Authorized Use:

• This network is to be used only by authorized persons for the business purposes of EIS, Inc.
• Any data or intellectual property created by the user remains the property of EIS, Inc. and should not be removed, copied or shared with any person or entity outside of the user's normal job responsibilities.
• Electronic information in the system may be inspected without prior notice by network administrators and others as may be deemed necessary to protect company business, legal issues, administrative and/or security purposes.
• Use of the guest network for illegal activities will result in immediate termination of service and notification of applicable law enforcement agencies.
• Illegal activities may include obscenity, pornography, threats, harassment, defamation, theft, copyright infringement, unauthorized access to network/computer resources, fraud, distribution of malware/malicious software, sending unsolicited bulk messages, etc.
• The guest wireless network should not be used to transmit confidential or sensitive information.
• Users of the guest wireless are responsible for the security of their device and the data contained therein.
• Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and legal action.
